If you are asked whether you want the movie to play in a browser window versus in Microsoft Windows Media Player, choose the latter.

If the browser opens the demo without giving you the option of opening it in Windows Media Player instead, then you'll see an important but difficult-to-see maximize button (a diagonal arrow pointing toward the top right of the screen).

Either way, be sure to maximize the window, so that you can view the detailed images without squinting.

If you don't get both audio and video
The demo clip should have both sound and video.  If you're getting only one of those two, please contact us.
